**Institutional Review and Relocation Update**
Everlight Ministry of Theology (EMT) is currently undergoing an institutional review and restructuring process. As part of this review, EMT is evaluating its organizational structure, ministry operations, regulatory responsibilities, and future academic location.
EMT is in the process of dissolving its prior organizational structure and reforming in Florida, where its mission, ministry purpose, and future academic operations are best aligned. As part of this process, EMT is reviewing the applicable procedures and requirements for religious educational institutions in Florida before making any final determination regarding its future academic offerings, regulatory status, or operational structure.
During this review and reformation period, EMT will not accept new enrollments, applications, tuition, fees, or student registrations for any degree program. This enrollment pause applies to all current and planned academic offerings, including Biblical Studies, Theology, Christian Education, and Christian Leadership programs.
EMT remains committed to integrity, transparency, and responsible compliance. Previous public language referencing third-party accreditation pathways, religious-exempt status, approval, authorization, licensure, or similar recognition has been removed while EMT reviews and updates its handbooks, catalog materials, website content, and public disclosures to ensure they accurately reflect EMT’s current institutional status.
At this time, EMT is not representing itself as licensed, accredited, authorized, approved, or exempt in any jurisdiction unless and until such status is formally confirmed by the appropriate authority. EMT is continuing to review the proper procedures and legal requirements before making any final determination regarding its regulatory status or future academic offerings.
No degrees, transcripts, certificates, diplomas, or academic credentials will be issued during this enrollment pause unless and until EMT has completed its review and determined the proper legal and regulatory pathway forward.
We ask for patience and prayer as EMT seeks wisdom, compliance, and clarity for its next steps. Further updates will be provided when a final decision has been made regarding EMT’s ministry structure, regulatory status, and future program offerings.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
