By enrolling or using the EMT Moodle platform, you agree to abide by the Institute’s academic integrity standards, respect policies, and one-time $150 administrative fee. You also acknowledge EMT’s nonprofit, educational purpose and consent to responsible data use as described in the full Terms & Conditions.

Welcome to the online learning platform of Everlight Ministry of Theology (EMT) (ā€œthe Institute,ā€ ā€œwe,ā€ ā€œour,ā€ or ā€œusā€).
By accessing or using our website and Moodle-based learning system, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any EMTI program.


1. Institutional Purpose

EMT is a faith-based, nonprofit Christian educational ministry providingĀ tuition-free graduate-level theological and ministry education.
The Institute exists to equip men and women for Christian leadership, ministry, and service through biblically grounded study and practical application.


2. Nonprofit and Tuition-Free Model

  • All EMT programs are tuition-free.

  • Students contribute only a one-time administrative fee of $150 to support operational costs such as academic evaluation, plagiarism verification, and student record management.

  • This fee is non-refundable after enrollment activation.


3. Student Responsibilities

By enrolling in any EMT program, students agree to:

  • Maintain honesty and integrity in all academic work.

  • Submit only original assignments and abide by the Academic Integrity Policy.

  • Communicate respectfully with faculty, staff, and peers.

  • Refrain from using the EMT platform for unlawful, unethical, or disruptive purposes.

EMT reserves the right to suspend or remove users who violate these terms or act inconsistently with the mission and values of the Institute.


4. Use of Website and Moodle Platform

The EMT Moodle site and its associated materials are provided solely for educational and ministry purposes.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without written permission from the Institute.

EMT is not responsible for:

  • Technical interruptions or service issues beyond its control.

  • Content, reliability, or practices of external websites linked within courses.


5. Intellectual Property

All course content (text, images, and media) is the intellectual property of Everlight Ministry of Theology or used under license.
Students may use materials for personal educational purposes only. Redistribution or public use without authorization is strictly prohibited.


6. Privacy and Data Collection

EMT collects limited personal data—such as names, emails, and academic records—solely for educational administration and student support.
We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All courses and resources are provided ā€œas isā€ for educational and ministry purposes.
EMT does not guarantee accreditation, licensure, or employment outcomes upon completion, though programs are designed to meet recognized standards of theological and ministerial education.


8. Limitation of Liability

EMT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—the Moodle platform, website, or related content.


9. Modifications to Terms

The Institute reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued site use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
